I’m a USC Marshall student spending the summer interning in another city, so I’m subleasing my apartment and looking for someone to take over during that time. The dates are negotiable.

The apartment is located at 3746 S Flower St in Garrett Gardens. It’s about a 5-minute walk to USC Marshall and just 2 minutes from Chick-fil-A and Chipotle. The property is a gated Spanish-style villa with a garage, a courtyard, and an on-site manager.

The unit is a spacious studio (around 650 sq ft) and comes fully furnished. It includes a queen-size bed, a dressing area, and I’ll be leaving all kitchen utensils, along with my electronic piano and guitar.

My current rent is $1,750/month, but I’m offering it for $1,200/month, including utilities (+$100 if you need parking).
